If there’s something actually wrong with the product, we’ll send you a replacement and may want the original back (we’ll pay return shipping). We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and to APO addresses. At this time, we are not able to ship to international destinations. We ship via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail so everyone knows the shipping costs up front. Order three or more packages at a time and we’ll pay shipping!
